As a workaround, you can create a url field and add the url to it, hopes this decreases the number of clicks.
@sai_ram @meenal_shukla Yes, I have a URL field which captures the account URL. However, it would be good to hyperlink the customer name as most of the users will want to click on it and redirected to the SFDC Account page.
Hello @sarthaksubudhi, I am afraid if we can provide such a solution where clicking on the company name in C360 re-directs the user to the respective account page in SFDC. Some customers are using different CRMs such as MS Dynamics, etc. Moreover, we are soon coming up with Mutli-CRM support. In cases where a company exists in multiple CRM accounts, it would not be straightforward to resolve to which CRM the user is supposed to be re-directed.
