Customer has shared the following update and requested us to log it on community. Please check the feasibility of the request and share your insights. 


If possible, could you please submit a request to GS to improve the UI for the Comments box? Ideally, like when you log a call, it should expand to make it bigger. It’s challenging to type in and even more so when you scroll down and up and even more so if you’re using a laptop ☹️ And the other thing is that you can copy info from outside and past it here in theory but….when you save it, it looks funky because the lines break. So you can only type things but you cannot really copy and paste and save time.
