Hi, we’ve built a dashboard in Salesforce that shows engagement all up (posts, replies, product ideas, upvotes, likes) for existing customers and partners per month. The problem is that only accounts that’s already registered in Salesforce, are counted.
We want to month over month be able to measure all up engagement for all externals (exclusive of our own employees).
It’s frustrating we’re not able to have this statistics in the inSided analytics dashboard. Is this something you’d be able to provide us within the not to distant future? I have to put lot’s of hours into manual reporting, and it feels waste of time.
