When creating a new topic it would be helpful if the “title” of the topic didn’t just search for related topics to intercept the creation of a new one, but also included federated help articles from Zendesk.
To use a scenario from our community, we might have a user that goes to ask a question about integrating with JIRA, but we already have a KB that answers that question. If we could help them find that first, then we could avoid the question being asked at all.
And sorry, got the wrong title on this one -- if someone can update for me to a better description like “include federated results from Zendesk in new topic suggestions” that’d be appreciated
