It’s super important to have images/screenshots from the community posts when converting them to Zendesk tickets.

At the moment, I make lightshot screenshots myself, upload them to the cloud and just insert links 🤯

Lightshot is a smart workaround but indeed time-consuming and painful. We’d need to check the Zendesk API docs in more detail to see how this can be accomplished - from first glance, we’d have to push the images as attachments.
