Including a poll in the product updates.

You can add a simple poll to any article (or topic) via the … menu. 
 

Other options would include embedding polls via other tools. For example, we use Typeform from time-to-time.

thank you for this Workaround. 
We need the polls - which are availible in articles - in our Product Updates. There you can’t find “Poll” in the edit-mode.
And i think implementing an external tool like typeform is not necessary if the “simple” polls are availible for product updates.

@Tobi could you share please for what type of feedback you would use the poll?

We publish a new release for one of our products every two weeks. Our development team wants to know if the result is satisfactory. If possible, it should only be a question that is easy to answer.
It should also always be the same question, so that comparability is possible and a mood picture is created.
We do not want to use external links here. 

+1 for this feature. We want to get quick feedback on releases e.g. Hey we added this thing! Will this be helpful for you? Y/N

After review, we've decided not to move forward at this time, as this doesn't address a broad enough set of customer needs relative to other priorities we're focusing on. Embedding a poll via Typeform or a similar tool remains a workable alternative in the meantime.
