Increase Character Limit for Picklist Items

It would be nice if the character limit for picklist values was increased. We have run into cases where we want to sync over a SFDC picklist field but are unable to recreate the picklist values in Gainsight exactly because one or more of the values is SFDC is more than 50 characters.

 

This prevents us from being able to add these fields to our Salesforce Connector jobs.

    Hi @cmultanen 

    We have increased the character limit for Dropdown items in Gainsight to 255 characters. It update would be available in the next release.
