Our client used a vendor to create the email templates with inline CSS. There are two types of email templates. 1) regular customer lifecycle email 2) Survey Email with inserted survey link.
However, we were having a difficult to insert the survey URL link to the button that was created by the vendor as the survey URL link is generated dynamically in order to capture individual response.
Therefore, i suggest that we enhance the styling of the survey button to allow "bold, italic" and round border in order for our client to create the button of their style using the editor.

Good suggestion Eva. We'll add it to the list. For now, is the client okay substituting their custom created button with our button that does not have these additinnal aesthetics ?
They are but not the best solution as they have to go into the HTML code to add in the styling to make it bold. It just naturally display the things that the editor cannot do.

Got it. This is unlikely going to be taken on in Q4, but will add it to the list and will make sense to have a broader 'improve email template theming' project soon.
