One of our customer would like to know about the capabilities of having a webhook within the SFDC version of Gainsight -, Similar to the PX version has it.

I’d also be interested in seeing an outbound webhook format that complies with the Teams Incoming Webhook format (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/webhooks-and-connectors/how-to/connectors-using?tabs=cURL#send-a-message-through-incoming-webhook-or-connector-for-microsoft-365-groups). I’m looking for ways to make survey results more visible to users in our Product group and one possible option would be to have the results of a survey posted into a Teams channel.
