I was wondering if Gainsight could have an internal feature for end users to report errors and bugs or request reporting and new systems. I currently rely on a Jira ticket intake process for my colleagues to submit requests to me concerning everything from bugs to new ideas; I would love it if Gainsight had its own internal processes for end users to make these kind of requests from their admins. 

I was looking at my colleague build out the ‘Requests’ feature in Salesforce and wondered if Gainsight has/could have just such a feature.
