Is there a way to search through all customers for specific keywords?

We are trying to find a way to effectively search for keywords in notes & timeline across all of our customers.  Such as "Financial Reporting", is there a way to do this?

      Hi Chris,

      Yes, you can create a report on the object Activity Timeline and if you add the notes field into the report, you can search for text in that column. 

      Also, we are working on a new Timeline feature called Global Timeline that will enable you to see all timeline entries across all customers in a single feed. Coming soon!

      We are trying to find a specific keyword in timeline entries from specific CTA. Looks like reporting or global timeline does not address this.

      We are working on advanced filters in Timeline and it should solve all your use-cases. ETA July/ August release.

        Checking on the status of the above. Is the ETA for advanced filters in Timeline still July/August? And any more details on what additional features will be available?

        Hi,

        Advanced filters in Timeline will be available in Aug release. Along with this - better search capabilities, honoring Gainsight permissions and ability to change activity type will be available.

            Hello Everyone!

            Happy to announce that Timeline is enhanced as per Gainsight Horizon Experience as part of the v6.18 release (SFDC / NXT). The Timeline Horizon Experience gives prominent space to high priority information as well as new options to search and filter Timeline. Users now have the ability to edit Activity Type after creating an activity, create and save Timeline views, preview attachments, manage drafts from a consolidated tab, and much more.

            For more information on this feature, refer to the SFDC & NXT articles.

            This feature is implemented in both SFDC and NXT versions.
