We use GS to send educational journeys to our customers based off of opting in and when they take actions in our software (triggered by events). We want to add a survey at the end to get feedback, but the only current way to use the Generic Survey only allows this as the first step.
We want to send a email chain program with the last step being the Survey step so that we can keep it associated with the contact. Otherwise we have to do an “anonymous” survey type and we have to ask in the survey for their email which is not ideal.
