[KC Bot] Ability to have reusable user/account groups in KC Bot

Posting on behalf of a customer:

Ability to have reusable user/account groups (similar to Segments) in KC Bot. As a user, I want to have consistent user/account groups that I can apply across multiple bots. This will make it easier to maintain my predetermined audience groups. 

When I make engagements, I am currently using the PX Segments feature to accomplish this; I would like to be able to have those same user groups applied to my bots.
