We’ve been hoping to move the location of our Knowledge Center Bot to the top of the page because displaying it on either the right or left of the bottom of the screen is blocking UI Elements.
Unfortunately, when positioned at the top of the page the Content Window opens upwards therefore does not display on the screen, as shown in the following example.

We’re aware there is more flexibility in using an Embedded Knowledge Center Bot, but we have multiple products and would not be able to apply an embedded bot to them all.
It would be helpful if we could change how the content window and close button display when Knowledge Centre Bots are positioned at the top of the page.
