Link to Contact object from MDA

Hi Joseph, can you please help me to understand this better? Please provide the navigation path of the application area that you are referring it to. Also, please attach the screenshot of the screen where email field appears and you are suggesting it to provide ability to click thru to open contact record in Salesforce.

Sure, sorry I should've clarified.  This report lives on the 360 based on an MDA subject area.  This MDA object has a list of every contact that has usage in their system, so all unique email addresses tie back to a contact in SFDC.  Their GS end users requested the ability to click the email address in the email column and have it create a new tab directly linking to the contact page.  This would be similar to any report/dashboard that has a click through to the 360 when clicking on an Account Name.  See screenshot below.

Good suggestion!. There is a separate thread on linking to various Gainsight and SFDC objects from reports in dashboards. Hope that we can have a broad solution to this.
