Localization state 'in progress' should be set automatically

Hi, currently we have to set the Localization state 'in progress' manually after exporting the engagements for translation.
It should be set automatically during export.
This would help us avoid a lot of manual work and always keep our Technical Writers informed of the current state of their texts.
