Lock Down Internal Question Permission Set

Hi Team,

Customer has the scenario that they need specific permission set for not allowing certain user groups to see and edit the internal question.

If the user having access to view the survey response link then the user is able to view and submit the answers to the internal question of the survey.  As of now, we don't have any permission set to restrict that permission. Please look into this.
