Hello!

I know there is now an added feature to log email outreaches to the contact's activity. However, I am also wondering if it would be possible to log these emails under the 'Activity History' within an Implementation Project in Salesforce. That way the Implementation Analyst can clearly see and track what activity has occurred for their project and have more meaningful conversations.

Thank you!

Thats a great idea. Will wait to see if there are more usecases around it.

Thank you! Would it be possible to update me if it will be added to any upcoming roadmaps?

Hi Melissa,

We should be able to leverage the Rules Engine to either connect the same activity to your custom object (dual lookups) or create a new one. Not sure though how we would determine that a particular Outreach/activity belongs under a particular Implementation Project.
