I’m using Gainsight NXT and when I create an URL field in C360 that is editable, it is not clickable. Whenever I click on it, it makes me edit the field.
Only when the URL field is noneditable, is the field clickable.
I created this field to input external links for easy reference. I feel like by not being able to click on the URL field, it defeats the purpose of the field. Is there a workaround?
