Make Measure Group Clickable in Scorecard widegts

We have created new widgets with scorecard Horizon, where we get the ability to click/Add comments for Overall score, the same doesnt happen for Measure Groups. 

It will be a nice addition if we click on measure group and it shows us all underlying measures, scores and ability to add comments/activity to individual measures.

This will go long way in increasing  adaptability of GS Home
