I have had two separate clients recently request CTAs and in the layouts there was information from an object stored in a picklist field that we wanted to replicate and display on the CTA Details and even though we created a matching field with the same picklist, the functionality to map the value that was retrieved from the rule for that field is not available (i.e. we were not able to map the picklist value to a picklist field)
Support confirmed and work-around is to map to a string, but this doesn’t fulfill the full needs for the solution as the field may need to be updated later on (which we would want the picklist value available for)
Can we add the functionality to be able to map a picklist field value to a picklist field on the CTA object in a CTA rule?
