Mark inactive members as inactive in Destination and Control

In other platforms I’ve worked on, there was an option to set a user’s status as “Inactive” - a bit different than banned.

We’ve had a couple cases where members of our core community management team departed, and there has been some confusion around their status and members trying to PM them out of habit.

We certainly want their content and replies in the community, but to avoid any confusion it would be great if there was a way to convert them to “inactive” vs doing some of the rough manual workarounds suggested.

Key things that might help - a visual or other signifier that shows the profile differently e.g., grayed out, some sort of inactive icon. And chiefly for us disabling the ability to DM the user.

In the Primary role menu in Control you can set them as Unregistered Not Logged In.

Thanks Scott, that won’t quite work for this case with our former community manager who authored a lot of our posts, but will help for other general member status changes.
