I find a lot of folks miss the fact that there are other categories and sub-categories when using the mega menu. Wonder if we could find some ways to expand it both horizontally and make it multi-column vs. a single column. Would also be nice to extend this pattern for the knowledge base as well to give some better exposure there as well.
Here’s an example from Gap.com (though most eCommerce site have these):
