Right now, we only have a “Moderator Notes” field on the backend. It would be more useful for us to have an activity log where we can add multiple notes/a history of updates and notes. It gets rough having to all share on box and causes extra effort adding timestamps, initials, etc.
Additionally, it would be great to have your Zapier integration include an action to write to this activity log, so we can send other updates as context to this thread. For example, we trigger off of a new post, lookup in Zendesk if that person created a ticket in the past couple of days and if yes, update the activity log with the ticket URL.
