Modify Email Notifications for Chain Rules
I love the new Chain Rules, but it seems that the only notification option is "email all results to".
I don't need to receive 5+ emails every day telling me that my Chain Rule was successful. It would be great to see this behave in the same fashion as individual rules, where I'm only notified of the failures.
