Modify Reports Lock - modify only by admins
Some reports are used by dashes and c360 but shouldn't be manipulated by regular users. It would be helpful to put an admin lock on those to avoid inadvertently having them altered.

Any change(visualisation, values of unlocked filters) that users do to a report in dashboard will be visible only to that user. Let me know if that makes sense.

I'm looking at when they are in the Report Builder. I should have be clear there. Users that can create reports might alter a report used elsewhere in GS.
