I’m wondering if we have any plans to add more details for users to add in to their Profile in NXT?  Hopefully details that would include Company Address, Business Unit, Phone Number/other contact info, etc?

The use case behind this is the ability to have Company branded signature’s within JO/ Email-Assist to further authenticate the email as an email from the CSM organization. 

Our organization deals with very high touch clients and valid concern is we do not want our clients to feel this is spam which is using their CSM as a way of communicating. 

I look forward to hopefully seeing this on the next update. 


There was another idea created for this a while ago and it shows as Not Planned: 

 

Within it, there is an example, of how to add the signature to a field and use it for populating the signature in the email. This only works though for non-branded text. 

On Customer Info I added a custom formula field of type text called "CSM Signature" and put this as the formula value:
JBCXM__Account__r.CSM__r.FirstName & " " & JBCXM__Account__r.CSM__r.LastName & BR() & 
JBCXM__Account__r.CSM__r.Title & BR() &
JBCXM__Account__r.CSM__r.Phone
And then I mapped that to a single token in the email template.

 

And there’s a more recent idea that shows as planned and is on the roadmap: 

 

I would recommend voting for both of these. It would be great if there was a recommended solution for easily customizing CSM email signatures and easily pulling it into emails. 


Would be ideal for customers who lots of users. For example, business unit, region, team, etc. 

For address or location, I’ve seen this most useful for signatures as well. I haven’t seen this required for filtering the data or maintaining better business records. Most companies I’ve seen leverage an internal directory for this kind of information.

@tom_gerth sorry for the delay response on this. We have added to our long term road-map. I also want to take other customer inputs on this.
