Currently syncing multi-picklist fields from Gainsight to SFDC is not supported (specifically Timeline to SFDC Tasks). Currently this creates less than desirable workarounds where either 1) single picklist fields have to be added, resulting in additional clicks for end users; or 2) a text field is added, resulting in variation of values entered.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
