My Notification Settings page needs text updates

The My Notifications Settings page still contains references to Alerts, as well as CTAs. Should the Alert options be removed to avoid confusion? Also, where it refers to notifications being sent at 6:00am, it says 6:0.

      These text issues and typos are still in the 5.0 UI, but were not introduced there.

      Our newer customers will not be seeing Alerts in their notification setting. We will also determine how we can remove this for the our older customers as well.
