Hi Team,

Client (Nagarro) is looking to achieve an use case where they need to have two fields in the detail view with below configuration:

1. Field 1: Non-editable field with default value 
2. Field 2: Editable field.

Note: Both fields are preferred to be Rich Text Fields as they need to hold and display some good amount if text. 

With the existing system design we are not able to achieve the configuration of field 1 due to below:

1. When ever we make the field non-editable in the configuration the option to add default value is not available. 
2. We cannot have a default value while creating a rich text field due to existing limitation.(Community post: https://community.gainsight.com/ideas/enable-default-value-for-rich-text-field-44267 )

Creating this post for product team review to look into this requirement and plan to enable it.
