One of the “features” in the new C360 replaced all of the checkboxes with picklists. This results in a clunky, painful to use ui. Is there a plan to offer checkboxes instead of picklists for things like the contacts section? This would also be useful on the CTA screen, as we use checkboxes as quick indicators and the picklist functionality is cumbersome.
