We recently switched to the new C360. The CSM Summary tab in the Gainsight Widget in Zendesk now looks strange and is only showing 3 data points straight away (see screenshot attached). I’d recommend adjusting the widget sizes so it displays useful information without scrolling down.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
