Currently it does not appear that you can embed small images inline with text in the new template builder. In the previous iteration you could do this, but since the new template builder is so containerized, there doesn’t appear to be an option to accomplish this without heavy use of custom HTML.

• One potential workaround might be to allow the uploading of images like that as custom emoji’s since emoji’s aren’t treated as images and they can exist inline with text. Slack allows this and it’s pretty slick.
