New Vault Asset: Gainsight Launch Playbook

At June Express, a customer inquired if we have a Vault playbook CSMs can use when they're launching Gainsight. Is this under consideration?

      Hi Elizabeth,

      We have the 'Go Live!' and 'Go Live! (High Touch)' playbooks which customers can use when their own customers are moved to launch.

      It sounds like you're asking for a playbook for a customer's internal launch of Gainsight though. Let me know if this is correct.

      We've only published customer-facing playbooks so far (because in general playbooks have to be linked to specific customer accounts). However I really like the idea of including some internal playbooks - similar to how we make them and assign them to the 'Gainsight' account in GonG.

      Hi Ethan,

      Spot on. The customer was seeking a playbook they could use for their internal launch of Gainsight and was hoping we had one in vault that we could review during the workshop.
