In Rules Engine, you have the option in the Setup Rule step to export to S3. After setting this up and running the rule, the actual export to S3 may fail, but the rule itself is still successful. As a result, you are not notified of the failure to export since the rule succeeds.

This idea is to either:

1. Notify the user if the export fails, OR
2. Have the rule itself fail so the user receives the standard rule failure notification
