We are a global 24x7 company using inSided for technical support. In the early stages of getting customers to be repeatable users, it would be great if we could have an option to monitor and notify when conversations receive no replies for x minutes/hours to moderators or a specific email alias.
In the early stages, we’re lazer focused on providing a better-than-support-case experience to ensure members stick and find the community valuable. Since we dont have dedicated moderators around the clock always watching the forum, it would be great to have some sort of automation to monitor and notify a group of mods or email alias. I would find this also be useful later on once we increase the SLA to allow for the community to answer themselves.
