Option to remove attachments on Emails - Gainsight Email assist

I have run into scenarios where I need to log an email through gainsight assist but because of the files attached that are images on an email signature that are too large I can’t log the email. I have to forward the email to myself and remove the file attachments to log the email.

Can we have an option to remove files? I know there is a ask for letting large files through, but what about just allowing us to remove the files or certain files? Can that be an option?

    This would be very useful for my org as well. We get tons of emails with busy signatures that don’t belong in Timeline.

    Thanks for the idea and the discussion here.
    While this is an interesting suggestion, it doesn’t fit into our current product direction or plans (AUTOMATED EMAIL logging), so we won’t be moving forward with it at this time.
    That said, feedback like this helps shape our long-term thinking, and we appreciate you sharing it.
