For the past few weeks, I've been getting a lot of PMs from artists/managers about access to their profiles in the Deezer platform. As a community manager, I need to collect their info via PM and forward to the relevant teams internally.

The issue is that I've got a few weeks holiday planned and these people can't wait. I'm the main contact in the community for this, so ideally I need an automatic private message to tell users to contact someone else or wait for my return.

I think it could be a cool idea. Let me know what you think :wink:

Good idea! I’m about to take leave for a few months and don’t want to leave people hanging if they try to contact me.
