Outreach versus Program

Hi.

I am working on Upgradig the Outreaches to Programs. And found an intreasting use case which is below.

The Email Template which was used in the Outreach has 2 variants. And in the First Variant we have only just Email Content(without any Surveys). And in the Second variant we have a Survey link along with the Email content. And there are specific filter conditions to which/whom the First variant has to go and the Second variant has to go out.

And all these handeled using a single Outreach. But in order to implement this using JO Programs I have to create 2 Email Templates(One for the First Variant and the Second for the Second Variant(with the Survey Link)) and 2 JO Programs.

 

So is there any alternative way to implement this in single Program instead of multiple using Single Email Template.

    @phani_kumar Can you explain the use-case? I would like to understand it since usually variants are used for similar content.

    Hi Nitisha.

    For Example, I have an Email Template with 2 Variants. In One Variant Just Email Content has existed and in the Second variant I have a Survey Button along with the Email content.

     

    Now, I have to create only One Program to use that Email Template and which program type I have to choose.

    We do not have short term plan to remove this validation but in the future, we will give the option to create multiple paths using which you will be able to send both the templates in the same program
