Playbook tasks to get associated to CTA reasons like objective category

Success plans objective CTA has the inclusion of Objective category code based on Success plan type on the task layout. Current design supports only objective type CTAs category addition for playbook tasks.

Our recent use case wanted reason codes of non objective CTA Types to undergo similar treatment to of task layout to hold reason codes segregations.
