Pop-Up for score measures that have exceeded validity period

Would be nice to have a pop-up to notify anyone viewing a C360 that a measure has exceeded it's Validity Period. As it stands today, you have to be actively looking at the measures and/or scorecard mass edit report to identify these accounts. A pop-up reminder would be useful.

      Bringing this back up.  I think this would be super helpful so that it was clear that the score might be stale.

      We will soon allow you to filter for stale scores in mass-edit report. We are also changing how stale scores will look, so it’s more easily identifiable.

      Would these things help, or is a pop-up still needed?
