I love the idea of "Is your problem solved?" email and we were amongst the first to celebrate it back when it was introduced.
Lately I’ve been thinking of a new version of "Is your problem solved?" email.
What I am suggesting is that one could choose whether the email would be sent after a topic has been inactive for X days OR one could send it, say, X day after topic creation if there’s atleast 1 reply on it.
That would maybe encourage OPs to mark best answers and questions would get best answers more quickly 😊
