{POSTING ON BEHALF OD CUSTOMER}- Greying out Picklist values under Global Dashboard filters

Hey Team,

 

We have noticed Users having a tough time with Inactive values showing up under Global Dashboard filters. I do understand we have challenges removing these values but would it be possible to grey them out while displaying them?

 

We could also think about letting users have access to setting the corresponding records with these inactive values to NULL

      Hi Rakesh,

       

      Is there an update on this request?  We just started a new fiscal year with many changes to picklists for our regions.  This is causing a major disruption with our users because all the dashboard filters are showing the inactive values.
