As we know there is two usecases when post is edited:

  1. User edit his/hers post
  2. Moderator edit post

There are situations when it is important to know what was edited - what was removed, what was the previous or original version.

Additionally: When checking the version history, it would be also helpful to see also who have edited the post.

At the moment there is no possibility to check the version history from posts. Only from articles.

We used Khoros before inSided. Khoros has this option, hopefully inSided as well in the future.

Hi @revote ! Thank you for posting your idea - just to clarify, when you say “no possibility to check Version History from posts, only from articles”, do you mean that you would like to check version history from other. content types (PU, Ideas, Conversation and Question) ?

I want to check version history from Conversations and Questions, their opening posts and comments. Those are the content what users (or moderators) edits.
