When using the automatic milestones there is an option for the NPS Change. When this is active, you cannot have the NPS Survey Settings set to last 180 days. We should not be able to make this change under survey settings without warning that we are stopping the automatic milestone. You don’t realize the milestone has stopped until you look at the milestone (not the survey).
