Preview Content Before Publishing

Hi everyone,

I’d love to see a preview feature for content in Production. Right now, when we create Articles or Product Updates, we can’t see how they will actually look before publishing. That means we first build everything in Sandbox and then recreate it in Production — which takes extra time and opens up room for mistakes.

It would be amazing if we could preview New Content before they go live, so we can check formatting, links, and layout without making the content public. This would save time, reduce errors, and make publishing much smoother.

Hey,

You can publish articles as drafts and they also include a draft link that allows you to visualize the article within your community. You’ll need admin access, but I think you already do as you’re publishing articles which can only be published via the admin.
