Meltwater has 8 different product lines and most customers only purchase 3-4 of these lines.
We love the Product Update subscribe functionality. What we are noticing are customers are unsubscribing after a while because they are getting too many updates not related to the product they’ve purchase.
It would be great if a customer could select the filter (product) to subscribe to instead of all updates.
