Profile Picture for NXT Users

We don't integrate with SFDC and would love to be able to upload a profile picture for Gainsight Users. Several members of our team have the same initials, so this is a major pain!

        Great idea. There must be a way for them to improve their UI to include this.

            Hello Everyone!

            Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.16 release. With this release, Admins can now add profile pictures while adding users manually from the User Management page. Admins can also update or remove the existing picture of any user from this page.

            Please note, the photo is only visible in the user profile. Applications such as Timeline and Cockpit will support displaying the photo in a future release.

            This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.

              @rakesh_lingala is there any update on this part of the release notes “Support of syncing profile pictures for Salesforce users to Gainsight users through Salesforce Connector is not available now but will be supported through future release.” ? SFDC Edition!

                Shouldn't the profile picture also pop up in Cockpit? Otherwise, it's not really solving the "same initials" confusion...

                  There have been many requests to be able to have profile pictures that can be used as tokens in email signatures - was that considered at all in the development of this feature?
