Client ( PTC ) want to display company name in people section of C360 layout.
Currently only Company Id is only provided and the lookup is not enabled for any of the fields in C360 configuration for the people section.
Please look into this requirement and enable the same.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
