Provide indicator in thread on the front-end that something has been pushed to Productboard

When you push the topic to Productboard as a note there is no notification in the topic publicly in Destination that this has been pushed. There is in Control (where we made the push from) and it puts a Productboard icon and a link to the note in Productboard into the content area. This is a miss to me and something our customers have gotten used to with our Slack integration -- a signal that we've done something with their feedback.
