When you push the topic to Productboard as a note there is no notification in the topic publicly in Destination that this has been pushed. There is in Control (where we made the push from) and it puts a Productboard icon and a link to the note in Productboard into the content area. This is a miss to me and something our customers have gotten used to with our Slack integration -- a signal that we've done something with their feedback.
For context, here's what it looks like in Slack today using the Productboard integration. I think this is much better than a like reaction as it signals to the person that we've pushed their comments as a note to our team for review.
